This website is operated by Bloom and Sway. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bloom and Sway. By visiting bloomandsway.com or buying from us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this site.

Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province or country to buy from us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, and not to transmit worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Products and pricing

Product colours and details are shown as accurately as our screens and suppliers allow, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor displays colours exactly. Prices are listed in US dollars unless another currency is selected, and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time.

Occasionally a listing may contain a typographical error in its price, description, availability or delivery estimate. Where this happens we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after the order has been submitted.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, was placed by a reseller or distributor, or cannot be fulfilled. You agree to supply current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.
