π Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of undergarments, we do not accept returns on used or opened products.
However, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The product is not as described
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5β10 business days to reflect in your account
π Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect size sent by us
For exchange requests, contact us within 7Β days of delivery.
π Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
- Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
